The Marmoleum Concrete is a collection of natural linoleum sheeting that presents a variety of shades of concrete with fine color nuances that are sure to compliment most color palettes.
Unlike vinyl flooring, Marmoleum is easier to clean, lasts longer and is biodegradable. Natural bactericidal and anti-static properties prevent the growth of microorganisms, reduce the risk of electric shock, and make for easy dust and damp-mop cleaning. With proper maintenance, Marmoleum floors will last for decades.
All Marmoleum floors are 100% natural, non-toxic and will not off-gas hazardous chemicals, making them safe for everyone, even the chemically sensitive. Additionally, Marmoleum is SMART certified as a sustainable product.
Marmoleum sheeting may be applied over subfloors made of plywood, concrete, Vinyl, VCT or other resilient materials as long as it meets the conditions noted in the substrate evaluation & preparation guidelines. See pdf in side bar. Same for ceramic tile which also may require a leveling product to fill the grout lines so it does not telegraph through. In all cases a bond test must be conducted to make sure the adhesive is able to set up and cure properly.
Marmoleum 'tile' products include DIY Floating floors Marmoleum Click and Marmoleum Click Cinch Loc, as well as a commercial 2 mm Marmoleum Composition Tile (MCT).
NOTE: Don't forget the adhesive! For this product we recommend Forbo Sustain 1195 Sheet & Tile Adhesive.

Why We Like It
Marmoleum is our most popular eco-friendly floor for all the right reasons; it's natural, durable, fairly priced, and easy to install and maintain. What more could you ask for? The colors from the new Marmoleum Concrete collection are supposed to resemble subtle concrete but they don't look anything like concrete to us. These soft pastels resemble earth tones with all their delicate variations of color.
