Amorim Wicanders Cork GO collection contains a variety of wide-plank floating floors that are beautiful and eco-friendly at an entry-level price. Cork is Nature's original green floor made from the bark of the cork oak tree harvested every six to nine years; it is completely renewable. Unlike hardwood, tile, carpet, or vinyl, cork flooring is quiet, warm, soft, mold and mildew-resistant, fire-resistant, dent-resistant, and hypoallergenic.

Because of its natural resilience, cork flooring will outperform and outlast most other types of flooring. That's why it has been used in many public buildings such as schools, hospitals, hotels, offices, and courtrooms, some of which have been in use for close to 100 years. That's sustainable.

Natural Cork is manufactured with no harmful adhesives such as formaldehyde or isocyanates, and contains no VOCs in its finish. Amorim Wicanders Cork GO Collection is GreenGuard Children and Schools Indoor Air Quality Certified to ensure that it does not contribute to harmful odors in home or office.

Cork flooring is commonly used in children's rooms, family rooms, music rooms or kitchens because it provides a durable, quiet and comfortable surface to work or plan on. Amorim Wicanders Cork GO floating floors feature CorkLoc glueless installation which allows for an easy DIY installation.

Amorim Wicanders Cork Go collection complies with ASTM standards for sound transmission with an IIC impact insulation class rating of 58 (ASTME492/ASTM E989) and an STC Classification for sound insulation of 54 (ASTM E90/ASTM E413). It reduces impact sound by 16 decibels (ISO 140-8). It provides a difference of loudness by 51.6% (EPH/IHD Works Standard 431).

It also meets ASTM D2859 for fire resistance, ISO 26987a standards for stain resistance with a grade of 5, thermal resistance of R = .15, EN12667, and much more. See the technical data sheet for more information.
