AFM SafeCoat Zero VOC is a fast-curing paint designed for interior surfaces where a superior film formation (aka paint job) is needed. In fact, the film is so tight that it seals in off-gassing of toxic chemicals under the paint.

It is formulated to be 100% safe for everyone, including those with allergies and chemical sensitivities. SafeCoat Zero VOC comes in Flat, Pearl, Eggshell and Semi-gloss sheens. It is fully tintable, all with zero VOC colorants.

AFM's Zero VOC paint can also be used as a sealer if used in combination with AFM Safecoat Transitional Primer to stop off-gassing of toxic fumes.

NOTE: AFM has recently added new colors to its fan deck but the numbers have all changed. The old names continue to be the same, however.

TIP: Box your paint.
Boxing paint means combining all the paint of one color into a larger container BEFORE painting. This blends any inconsistencies in color, especially on large surfaces where the slightest variation from one can to another could be visible. If you think you may not have enough paint to finish one wall, don't begin until you receive more paint. Box the new gallon with the original and then finish the job.
