Shipping Details

We fight to get you the lowest possible shipping cost!

Building materials are heavy, so most items can't ship for free.

Most orders received by 1PM Central Time Monday-Friday ship the same day.

Delivery estimates may not apply to large or heavy items that require special shipping (including most Flooring), items shipped directly from the manufacturer, or out-of-stock items. Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.

Example Ground Order

John orders some paint at 12:30PM on Thursday, which is before our Daily Cutoff Time of 1PM. He selects 3-5 Day Ground Shipping because he's not in a rush. Because everything is in stock, the orders ships out the same day, and he gets an email with the tracking number. John receives his order the next week, as early as Tuesday and as late as Friday. He's stoked.

Example Freight Order

Lisa orders some flooring which will ship direct from the manufacturer. We send her the track number as soon as her items on the truck, which is usually 5 days or longer after her order. She gets a call from the trucking company telling her they will be delivering the following day. (they don't always call, but they are supposed to). She arranges ahead of time to have helpers available to receive the delivery and bring all the flooring inside the house. The next day the truck arrives, she and her helpers upload it, and she calls to schedule her installer. Lisa can't wait to get it installed.

Things can go wrong

We only work with shipping companies we trust. But sometimes even these companies encounter unexpected delays or damaged shipments. If this happens, we will do everything we can to contact you immediately and fix the problem.

I ordered some Marmoleum Click flooring from the website. The ordering was simple, the cost of the products and the shipping was the best I could find, and the product came a week early!
