Free, Fair & Freight Shipping

Everyone loves free shipping, and we have more than 150 products that ship for free! The rest of our products ship at fair prices to 48 states. For Alaska, Hawaii, and other islands, please see below as flat rates do NOT apply.

Free Freight Shipping

In reference to our qualified free shipping offers, "Free Standard Ground Shipping" means items that ship standard ground will receive free shipping. Since parcel and freight shipping items use different trucks and shipping systems, parcel shipping cannot be combined with Freight Shipping Items.

We maintain the right to override mistakes made by our website in regard to giving free shipping.

Free freight shipping offers for qualifying orders of flooring and other heavy items apply to the Mainland United States only; it is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, and other islands.

Freight Shipping Orders

NOT small parcels which ship via GROUND

Freight shipping is used for heavy or oversized items. Most flooring (including carpets), cabinets, panels, roofing, and countertops ship this way. FedEx freight is available upon request.

We know that building products can be heavy, and we don't want you wasting money just getting the materials to your home. That's why we try to give you the best possible rate on the highest quality green building products.
